Daryl Yurek Daryl Yurek - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Daryl brings 30 years of startup experience to his position with ID Watchdog. Yurek founded Destron Fearing Corporation, the company that invented the RFID (radio frequency identity) chips that help to track animal migration patterns, or return pets to their owners. He also founded Bolder Venture Partners, an investment and consulting firm that assists promising new technology companies in startup phases.
Dennis Perkins Dennis Perkins - Chief Financial Officer
Dennis has over thirty years of accounting and administration experience, including positions of CFO and Controller for a variety of industries. Prior to joining ID Watchdog in 2007, Perkins contracted as an independent financial consultant, and provided SEC reporting for multiple publicly-traded firms. A Certified Public Accountant, Perkins also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Daniel Mohan Daniel Mohan – President, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining ID Watchdog, Mohan was a Regional Sales Manager at DataCert, Inc, a private legal software and services company. He has also held leadership positions in direct sales, channel sales, and business development functions at Callidus Software (NASD: CALD) in San Jose, California, and Trilogy Software in Austin, Texas. A former US Air Force officer, Mr. Mohan holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management, as well as a BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University.
Craig Ramsay Craig Ramsay – Chief Information Officer
Craig brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology to his position at ID Watchdog, including 18 years working with financial and payment processing companies such as National City Bank, National Processing and International Check Services. Just prior to joining ID Watchdog, Ramsay served as the Chief Architect for First Data, the world's largest payment processor. Ramsay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ramapo College in New Jersey.
Eric Lunstrum Eric Lunstrum – Vice President of Operations
Rick oversees the details of the ID Watchdog experience, ensuring that processes support the best possible customer service. This is Lunstrum’s second business collaboration with Daryl Yurek. The two began Destron/IDI together in 1986, where Lunstrum managed worldwide operations. Under their management, Destron/IDI became a leader in microchip technologies. In 1995, Lunstrum founded Univel Corporation, an international electronic component distributorship. No stranger to startup companies, he oversaw manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and service departments. Lunstrum’s formal education includes studies at both de Anza and Regis Universities.
Madison Ayer Madison Ayer, CIPP – Vice President, Strategy and Policy
Madison manages strategic relationships with industry stakeholders, including consumer advocates and public interest groups, industry trade associations and standards organizations, academic and other research institutions, and policymakers. Mr. Ayer is responsible for ensuring that company initiatives align with and influence legislative activity, industry standards development, and consumer personal information innovation. He worked as a venture capital analyst for Bolder Venture Partners, before co-founding a successful consumer credit consultancy in 2003. Ayer attended the College of Engineering at Cornell University and holds the designation of Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).

Hank J. Boye
Henry currently serves as publisher of Harvard Business Review, where he has been overseeing the publication’s commercial operations since 2007. Under his leadership, the publication is extending its brand into multiple markets and formats. Prior to this, Mr. Boye held several prominent positions at Atlantic Media Company, including director of the Office of the Publisher and general manager of the National Journal Group. Before joining Atlantic Media Company, Mr. Boye served as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. His extensive experience in business development shows an impressive track record of increasing profits and revenue through strategic direction. Mr. Boye holds a BA from Dickinson College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

K. Dieter Heidrich
Dieter brings a wealth of high-tech experience to his work of steering the systems and software development of ID Watchdog. After working as Vice President of International Operations for Northern Telecom Systems, Heidrich founded Intermountain Technology Ventures, to work with high-tech startup companies in launching their business plans into action. For eight years, he held a position of General Partner in the venture capital firm Weiss, Peck & Greer Ventures, LP, based in California. In recent years, Heidrich has continued to manage another business he founded: Green Rock Capital, LLC. (formerly Opus Capital). An expert in technology patents, Heidrich directed ID Watchdog’s patent development efforts: System and Method for Detection and Mitigation of Identity Theft. Heidrich has a Dipl. Ing. Degree from the Technical University in Munich, Germany.

Keith G. Rickard
Keith's career spans 29 years in the computer service and software industries. From 2001 to 2004, he served as President, CEO and Director of BakBone Software, Inc., a public software products company specializing in data protection (backup and recovery), which was listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and on the OTC Bulletin Board in the United States. Prior to joining BakBone, Rickard was at Sterling Software, where he held various positions in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including President of the Americas Division, Vice President of the International Division, and President of the VM Software Division. Prior to leaving Sterling, Rickard was President of the Storage Management Division. Mr. Rickard earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of London.

Murray K. Atkins
Murray is currently President of Blur Investments, Ltd., a private corporate advisory that specializes in real estate investments. Mr. Atkins holds executive management positions in several capital pool companies that are listed on the TSX: Kristina Capital Corp. (as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director, and a principal shareholder), Rain Resources Inc. (as a Director and founding shareholder), and Royal Capital Corp. (as a founding shareholder). Mr. Atkins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah.

Timothy P. Christin
Tim is the Senior Vice President of Acxiom Corp. (Nasdaq: ACXM), a global leader in interactive marketing services. As an executive leader of Acxiom’s corporate leadership team, Christin’s position as Risk Business Leader includes responsibility for the overall strategy, sales, product development, operations, and product management of Acxiom’s Risk Business. Christin has held this position since mid-2007, and has been with Acxiom since 2006. Prior to his position at Acxiom, Christin held leadership positions at Reuters, Bowne & Company, Digex, and Exodus Communications. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Innodata Isogen in New York. Christin attended Marquette University, where he earned a B.S. in Marketing in 1993.
